摘  要:小波变换在电路故障诊断中有着重要应用。为了提高直流电动机的转速稳定性和调速精度,利用小波分析技术提取小波系数中所包含的丰富的时频信息作为故障特征,设计了能够自动检测故障和自动修正的直流电机调速系统。经过实验和生产实践验证,控制系统具有较好的稳态性能与瞬态性能,精度高,结构合理,可靠性强;同时也说明这是切实可行的提高调速精度?稳定性及可靠性的一种新方法。Wavelet Transformation in the circuit fault diagnosis plays important role. In order to improve the accuracy of adjusting speed and the stability of rotating speed, the wavelet transformation was introduced to design the controller of DC motor based on automatic correcting, because the time-frequency information included in the wavelet coefficient can be used to extract to serve as fault feature and set up a fault diagnosis, showing in experiments and tests that the controlling system had better stability and instantaneity bearing higher accuracy and reasonable structure. The practice shows that it is feasible way to improve the accuracy of adjusting speed and stability.
