摘　　要：在歌唱的过程中,有许多"支点"帮助我们达到稳定的目的。这些支点有生理的也有心理的。从诸多的生理支点入手,力图梳理出一幅便于理解、掌握的支点图。In the process of singing, there are many ＂fulcrums＂ that make it possible for us to be steady. Such fulcrums are either of a physiological type or of a psychological type. A diagram of fulcrums easy to understand and to master can be drawn from the many physiological fulcrums.
