摘　　要：系级资料室在当前我省高校图情工作尚不发达的情况下,仍然是高校图情服务的重要手段,只能加强,不可削弱。建设好系资料室要做到在做好一、二次文献工作的同时,加大深度开发第三次工作和零次文献的开发,处理好信息需求与资金缺口的矛盾以及利用现代化手段提高服务能力。Under the present conditions when book and information service in institutions of higher learning is not quite developed, departmental libraries are still chief resources of book and information service. They should be strengthened instead of being weakened. To get departmental libraries well constructed, it is necessary to do well once or twice literature work, and at the same time to increase the development of a third work and the of zero - time literature development, to deal with the contradiction between information needs and the shortage of fund and to make use of modern techniques to improve the serving capacity.
