纳米级水性炭黑分散液的制备研究

摘　　要：通过对比实验对工艺参数进行了优化,在分散剂添加量5%(炭黑分散液质量分数)、分散液添加量100g、锆珠型号0.2mm、锆珠体积填充率50%、砂磨时间40min、砂磨机转速3500r/min,可以得到细化炭黑分散液。通过粒度测试、Zeta电位测试、TEM,表明炭黑颗粒粒度为20～40nm,颗粒表面Zeta电位为-45～-50mV,所制备色浆静置3个月,所拍TEM照片表明该分散液具有优良的储藏稳定性,并且红外光谱测试表明,炭黑颗粒表面包覆了超分散剂聚合物分子链。By contrast with tests on the technical parameters, in the amount of dispersant 5% （carbon black dispersion mass fraction）, add dispersion of 100 g, zirconium beads Model 0. 2 mm, zirconium beads volume fill rate 50% ,milling time 40 min, sander speed 3500r/min, refined carbon black dispersion can be obtained. Through the particle size testing, Zeta potential test and TEM, the results show that carbon black particle size for the 20-40nm, particle surface zeta potential to -45 --50mV, holding the prepared colorant for three months, which indicates that the TEM photos show the dispersion has excellent storage stability, and FIR shows that the carbon black particles are coated with polymer dispersant chain.
