摘 要:研究了以水玻璃和硫酸为原料合成沉淀白炭黑反应过程中,反应温度和反应物滴加时间对合成白炭黑性能的影响:在所研究的温度范围内(75~95℃),随着反应温度的升高,白炭黑的粒径减小、吸油值增大、摩擦系数先减小后增大,在90℃时达到最小值,温度变化基本不影响折光系数;随着反应物滴加时间的延长,产品粒径减小、吸油值先减小后增大、摩擦系数增大、折光系数基本不变。结果表明,改变反应条件,可以合成性能差异较大的产品,从而扩大白发黑的应用范围。The preparation method of amorphous silica is investigated in the paper. The study shows that the main effecting factors are the reaction temperature and the reaction time. With the increase of the temperature between 75℃ and 95℃, the average diameter of amorphous silica decreases, the absorbing oil amount increases, the friction coefficient increases first and decreases, the refraction coefficient has no change almost. And with the extending of the reaction time, the particle size of amorphous silica decreases, the absorbing oil increases first and then decreases, the friction coefficient increases and the refraction coefficient has no change almost. The results show that a series of products with different properties can be obtained by varying reaction conditions, so the application field of the silica will be extended.
