摘  要:连续剪切变形工艺作为有效的超细晶材料制备工艺已成为材料领域研究的热点之一。主要介绍了近年来国内外基于等通道挤压工艺发展起来的连续剪切变形工艺,阐述了其基本原理和工艺特征,并比较了它们的优缺点,以期为连续剪切变形技术的应用和发展提供基础。Continuous shear deformation process demonstrated as an effective approach to produce ultrafine grained materials has been studied widely. However, the original designing limitations of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) process limit their application. So, it is very meaningful to develop some new modified ECAP process. In this paper, several continuous shear deformation processes are introduced based on ECAP process. The process characteristics and principle of these techniques are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. It is expected to promote the application and development of continuous shear deformation technique.
