摘  要:利用乳液聚合制得一种聚丙烯酸酯包裹了炭黑的水性涂料。通过正交实验表明:当m_(APS):m_(SDS):m_(MMA):m_(BA)=1:20:100:100,炭黑的质量占MMA单体的0.2%时,该水性涂料作为A3碳钢的涂层在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液的腐蚀环境中,腐蚀电流为0.79μA,较纯聚丙烯酸酯涂层的1.58μA低;电化学阻抗谱(EIS)也表明:以聚丙烯酸酯包裹炭黑乳液作涂层防腐蚀效果较纯聚丙烯酸酯好,其阻抗值有很大提高;扫描电镜显示大部分炭黑粒子均匀分散在聚丙烯酸酯胶团中。By using emulsion polymerization we can get a water-borne coatings of polyacrylate containing carbon black. The orthogonal experiment indicates that,when the carbon black quality occupies 0. 2% of the MMA monomer's,the corrosion current is 0.79μA when the water-borne coatings used in A3 steel in the corrosion enviromnent of 3. 5wt% NaCl solution,which is lower than the pure polypropylene coatings 1.58μA. The results of EIS also indicates that anti-corrosion is better than the pure when the polyacrylate in the emulsion wraps carbon black, and its resistance value has a big enhancement. The scanning electron microscope demonstrates that the majority of carbon black particles disperse evenly in the polypropylene mieelles.
