壮医药线点灸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将冠心病心绞痛86例随机分为2组,加用壮医药线点灸治疗组44例,西医对照组42例。治疗28d为1个疗程,观察临床疗效、心电图ST段变化。结果:治疗组临床疗效、心电图变化优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:壮医药线点灸治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效和安全良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment for angina pectoris type coronary heart disease by using Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu. Methods 86 patients with angina pectoris type coronary heart disease were randomly divided into 2 groups. Joined Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu therapeutic group （n=44） and routine Western medicine control group （n=42） . The changes of the clinical effect of treatment and ST segment of ECG were observed after 28d for one course of treatment. Resuts The clinical effect of treatment and ECG changes in test group were better than those in control group. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu is an effective and safe methods on patients with angina pectoris type coronary heart disease.
