壮医药线点灸治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察壮医药线点灸治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛的临床疗效。方法:选择脑动脉硬化性头痛78例,随机分为2组,加壮医药线点灸治疗组52例,西医对照组26例,治疗28d为1个疗程,观察总体临床疗效、头痛程度疗效和脑血流速度比值改善情况。结果:总体临床疗效、头痛程度疗效和脑血流速度比值改善情况治疗组优于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:壮医药线点灸治疗脑动脉硬化性头痛临床疗效和安全良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment of patients with headache caused by brain artery hardening by using Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu. Methods 78 patients with headache caused by brain artery hardening were randomly divided into two groups. Joined Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu therapeutic group （n=52） and routine Western medicine control group （n=26） . Observing total the clinical effect of treatment, the degree of headache and average velocity of cerebral blood flow（Vm） was improved after 28d treatment for one course of treatment. Results Over with due regard to all the effect in treatment group was better than in control group. There was a statistically significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05 or 0.01） . Conclusion Zhuangyiyaoxian Dianjiu is an effective and safe methods on patients with headache caused by brain artery hardening.
