摘 要:目的:比较不同年级军医大学学生心理健康状态,为学员队工作提供基础资料.方法:整群抽样抽取本校医疗本科一、三、五年级共418名学员,以中队为单位集中发给症状自评量表(SCL-90)填写完成.结果:随着入校时间的延长,所得总分,各因子评分及阳性项目数呈显著递减趋势(P<0.01).不同年级阳性症状人数所占比例也随着年级升高而减少(P<0.01);一年级学生总分阳性(≥160分)者达36.6%,各因子分阳性者(≥2分)也都在10%以上,其中强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁及敌对情绪等因子分阳性者高达30%以上.结论:军校大学生在刚入校时由于对新环境适应不佳,可能出现较多的心理问题,随着年级升高,对环境适应增强,个体心理发育逐步完善,心理健康状况也逐渐好转.教育工作者应针对不同时期学员的心理健康状况,有的放矢,帮助学生维持健康的心理状态,预防各种心理疾病的发生,顺利完成学业.To study the mental health status of the military medical university students in different grades. Methods: The Symptom checklist 90(Scl-90) was used to evaluate the mental health of 418 students from different grades. They were gathered and asked to fill in the list in 20 minutes by themselves. Results:The total and factor scores decreased significantly as the grade raised, and the number of positive items had the same trend(P<0. 05). In grade one, there were 36. 6% of all who got positive total scores(≥60), and10% got positive factor scores(≥2). Especially, scores of obsession, depression, relations with others,hostility and phobia were higher than that of other factors. Conclusion: The students' mental health status has a significant trend to be better in the whole university period. Educators should help them keep good mental state and adapt to the university life by using different methods in different periods.
