摘  要:目的:探讨低频脉冲磁场对小鼠学习记忆能力的影响.方法:采用脉冲频率20Hz,强度分别为0.25T,0.34T和0.64T三种不同强度的脉冲磁场对小鼠进行40min全身辐照,对对照组进行40min假辐照.磁处理后休息5min即用Y-型迷宫实验观测其学习记忆行为,间隔24h后再重复观测.结果:辐照强度0.25T组与对照组的学习记忆能力无显著差别,0.34T强度辐照组的小鼠学习记忆能力明显强于对照组,而0.64T强度的磁辐照组小鼠的学习记忆能力明显低于对照组.结论:低频脉冲磁场对小鼠学习记忆的影响随磁场强度的不同而不同,其促进及拟制作用均可能存在“窗口”效应区.To investigate the influence of pulsed low-frequency-magnetic fields on the learning and memory Capability of mice. Methods: The mice were devided into four groups at random . They were respectively exposed to 0 T , 0. 25 T,0. 34 T,0. 64 T intensity pulsed magnetic fields of 20 Hz for 40 min. The 0 T exposed group was control group. The change of learning and memory behavior of mice were respectively observed with Y-maze after 5 min and 24 h after exposure. Results: Compared with control group, the 0. 34 T exposed group mice took less time to acquire the task in Y-maze (P<0. 05), and the 0. 64 T exposed group mice took much time (P<0. 05). The learning and memory time of 0. 25 T exposed group were no significant difference than control group. Conclusion: The biological effect of the pulsed low-frequency magnetic fields on the learning and memory capability of mice is differently and it's depend on the intensity of the fields. Both positive effect and negative effect may exist 'window' effect.
