高龄髋部骨折合并糖尿病病人围手术期的健康教育

摘　　要：目的总结对高龄髋部骨折合并糖尿病病人进行围手术期健康教育的体会。方法对31例年龄≥80岁髋部骨折合并糖尿病的病人根据围手术期不同阶段实施不同形式的健康教育。结果31例病人入院时与出院时生活质量测量结果P<0.01,随访8～24个月,未发现假体松动、骨折不愈合、畸形、感染及糖尿病足等并发症。结论对高龄髋部骨折合并糖尿病病人实施围手术期健康教育,能使病人获得健康信息,采纳健康行为,促进早日康复,提高愈后生活质量。Objective The experience about pert-operative health education for aged patients suffered hip fractures complicated with diabetes mellitus was summarized.Methods A group of 31 hip fracture patients complicated with diabetes mellitus over 85 years were selected.Different styles of health education had been given for these patients based on different stages of pert-operation.Results The life quality of all patients on hospital discharge was better than it on admission significantly（P〈0.01）.These patients were followed up for 8-24 months. No such complications as prosthesis breakage,nonunion,malformation and diabetic foot were found. Conclusions To carry out pert-operative health education for aged patients suffered hip fractures complicated with diabetes mellitus is helpful to their obtaining health messages,early rehabilitation and [repaying life quaIity.
