微创穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的护理体会

摘　　要：目的总结微创穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的护理要点。方法70例经微创穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的患者临床及护理资料进行分析。结果70例患者临床治愈66例,病情恶化自动出院2例,死亡2例。结论微创穿刺碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血有很好的疗效,且符合现代微创治疗的发展趋势。护理重点应主要观察患者术中和术后的生命体征,引流管的通畅情况和压力;注意血压的调控,防止再出血;认真记录24h进出量,防止脱水或补液过多引起心功能不全而加重病情。Objective To evaluate the nursing points of stereotactic centesis of cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive patients.Methods In 70 cases of minimally invasive puncture puncture and aspiration for the treatment of hypertension in patients with brain hemorrhage in clinical care and information for analysis.Results In 70 cases of patients with clinically cured 66 cases,the condition deteriorated automatically discharged two cases,killed two cases.Conclusion Minimally invasive puncture puncture and aspiration for the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have a good effect,and in accordance with modern trends in the development of minimally invasive treatment.Care should be the main focus of observation of patients during and after the vital signs,drainage of the patent situation and pressure the attention of the regulation of blood pressure,prevent further bleeding seriously out of 24h record,to prevent excessive dehydration or rehydration caused heart failure and Add to illness.
