摘　　要：目的研究分析玛丽斯特普服务规程临床应用的效果。方法选择2005年1月～2008年9月120例宫内节育器嵌顿和异位需要手术治疗而无手术禁忌症者,选择2007年1月～2008年9月意外妊娠来我院行人流术130例、宫颈糜烂光热治疗100例,分别随机分为MSI服务规程研究组,ⅠA组60例、ⅡA组65例、ⅢA组50例;常规护理组ⅠB组60例、ⅡB组65例、ⅢB组50例。分析比较各两组患者的焦虑水平、健康知识掌握和满意度。结果研究组术后焦虑水平明显低于对照组,研究组治疗前分别为(42.8±3.56)、(43.8±4.45)、42.5±4.15)(分);治疗后分别为(28.8±3.81)、28.2±3.76)、(27.9±4.02),对照组治疗前后变化不明显。研究组患者健康知识掌握分别为(28.6±3.80)、29.1±3.32)、(27.3±3.72)(分),对照组分别为(19.3±3.71)、(20.2±3.6)、(18.5±3.66)。研究组满意度均为100%,对照组分别为81.3%、80.6%、80.8%。经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MSI临床应用降低了患者的焦虑水平,提高了患者的健康意识和满意度。Objective Marie Stopes study（MSI） services,clinical point of order. Methods Choice in January 2005 -2008 in September 120 cases of intrauterine device（IUD） and ectopic incarcerated need surgery operation without contraindication,to choose in January 2007 -2008 unexpected pregnancy in September trip to hospital 130 cases of abortion,light and heat treatment of cervical erosion of 100 cases were randomly divided into MSI services research group a point oorder, Ⅰ A group of 60 cases, Ⅱ A group of 65 patients,A group of 50 cases ; conventional care group Ⅰ B group of 60 cases, Ⅱ B group of 65 patients, Ⅲ B group of 50 cases. Comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with anxiety levels,health knowledge and satisfaction. Results The Study Group after the level of anxiety was significantly lower than the control group, study groups before treatment were （42.8 ± 3.56）, （43.8 ± 4.45 ）, （42.5 ± 4.15 ）（am）;after treatment were （28.8 ± 3.81 ）, （28.2 ± 3.76）, （27.9 ± 4.02）,control Group did not change significantly before and after treatment. Research group health knowledge were（28.6± 3.80）, （29.1 ± 3.32）, （27.3 ± 3.72）（am） ,the control group were（ 19.3 ± 3.71 ）, （20.2 ± 3.6）, （ 18.5 ± 3.66）. Satisfaetion Study Group are 100% in the eontrol group were 81.3% ,80.6% ,80.8%. Statistical analysis,the difference was statisically significant （P 〈 0.05）. GonclusJon MSI clinieal applications in patients with redueed levels of anxiety,improved patient satisfaction and health awareness.
