摘　　要：采用纯化猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒重组核衣壳蛋白作为ELISA试验的标准抗原,通过优化ELISA各种条件,建立了检测PRRSV抗体的间接ELISA方法。该方法具有良好的特异性和重复性。The test used the purified porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus （PRRSV） recombinant nucleus capsid protein as the standard antigen of ELISA test, through optimizing all conditions of ELISA test, the indirect ELISA method for testing the antibody of PRSSV was established, this method had good specificity and reproducibility.
