摘　　要：介绍了日本草莓的生产和研究现状,指出了在草莓生产中存在的问题,针对促进栽培草莓降低成本、增加产量、提高品质、省力化生产的要求以及周年生产和超高产生产的目标,分析了品种、育苗、栽培、病虫害防治,以及收获、分级包装、销售、流通、设施和夏秋季栽培等技术的开发现状及发展趋向。This paper introduced the actuality of strawberry production and research in Japan, and pointed out the existent problems in strawberry production. Aiming at the requirements of reducing east, increasing yield, improving quality, lightening labor intensity and saving labor in midwifery - cultivated strawberry production, and the objects of all - year production and super - high yielding production, the author analyzed the exploitation actuality and developmental trends of variety, breeding, cultivation, control of plant diseases and insect pests, harvest, classification casing, distribution, circulation, establishment and low cost of summer-growth.
