摘 要:石杉碱甲(Huperzine A)从石杉科(Huperziaceae)石杉属(Huperzia)植物蛇足石杉(Huperzia ser-rata(Thunb.ex Murray)Trev.)中分离得到,其临床治疗阿尔茨海默症(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)疗效显著。由于石杉碱甲的化学合成在短时间内难以克服合成步骤繁琐、成本高、活性低等特点,自然资源的挖掘和开发成为解决石杉碱甲短缺的有效途径之一。故对近年来石杉碱甲药源植物研究所取的成果和难点进行总结,以期为今后的研究提供一定参考。Huperzine A ( HupA), first isolated from ( Huperzia serrata ( Thunb. ex Murray) Trev) of the Huperziaceae family by Chinese scientists in the 1980s, has been highly evaluated for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease (AD). In recent years, it is still argued that the production of HupA mainly depends on wild plants because HupA can' t be chemically synthesized in an industrial feasible manner unless the difficulties of high-cost, low-bioactivity and complicate chemical process can be overcome. The authors discuss the achievements and difficulties of study in the original source plants of Huperzine A in recent years so as to provide some references for the further study.
