人工髋关节置换术后感染及脱位的预防

摘　　要：目的通过对人工髋关置换术后的感染及脱位原因分析,总结经验,提高髋关节置换术后的疗效。方法我科自2004年2月—2005年2月,采用普鲁士人工髋关节置换术(生物型)66例68髋。股骨头坏死6例8髋,其中2例为双侧股骨头坏死,股骨颈骨折60例,男38例,女28例。结果66例患者中,无一例感染,1例于术后3天在搬动照片时出现脱位,经短效麻醉后复位而治愈。1例出现髋部疼痛,经治疗缓解。结论人工髋关节置换术是一个重建髋关节的成熟手术得到广泛应用,其术后并发症(感染、脱位)与手术适应证的掌握,假体的选择,手术技术的熟练等有很大的关系。Objective To summarize the cause on infection and dislocation after the THA metathesis tl improve the effect If the THA metathesis. Methods From Feb 2004 to Feb 2005, 66 patients （38 males 28 females） of the THA metathesis were included by PLVS. THA were observed among 6 cases of thighbone putrescence, 8 THA used including two cases of two- side thighbone putrescence and 60 cases of thighbone fracture. Results Amomg 66 cases,there was 1 case combined infection. 1 case of dislocation happened during X- ray chection 3 days after operation, and cured by diaplasis. Another I case appeared pain in coax. And got lysis after treatment. Conclusion The TOHA metathesis is a developed operation for reintegrating the hip point and applied in a close relationship with the operaftion indicstion, artificial apparatus choice,the skilled operation extent and the prevention measures.
