摘 要:目的了解门诊患者对急诊注射室护理工作满意度,为进一步提高护理服务的质量和持续性改进提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计患者对护理工作满意度问卷调查表,对936例患者或患儿家属进行自填式问卷调查。结果门诊患者或家属对护理工作的满意率达90%以上有9项,依次为护理效果、病情观察、工作效率、护理技能、健康教育、工作责任、用药信息指导、服务态度、沟通技巧,仅心理辅导1项较低,为83.87%。护理工作满意度的平均分在3.02~3.42分之间。其中最高分为护理效果,最低分为心理辅导。结论注重护理人文关怀和心理护理,是提高护理工作满意度的重要因素;护理人员的主动服务意识,是提高临床护理工作满意度的重要保证;以患者满意为导向,实现护理质量的持续改进。Objective To investigate the satisfaction grade of patients for nursing care of rejection treatment m oraer to improve the nursing care in out- patient department. Methods We investigated 936 patients by questionnaire designed by ourselves. Results Totally 9 items got score of satisfaction grade, which were more than 90M. The questionare included effect of nursing care, symptom observation, work efficiency, nursing skill, health care education, the responsi- bility for work, medication guide, serving attitude and skill of communication, while the psychological guide got a score of 83.87%. The item of effect of nursing care got a highest score. Conclusion In order to improve the quality of nursing care , we should attach importance ot the care of humanism, psychological care and satisfaction of patient.
