次水杨酸铋止泻作用的研究

摘　　要：目的通过动物实验研究次水杨酸铋的止泻作用。方法采用番泻叶致泻法、肠推进炭末排出时间、在体回肠运动和对全肠水分的影响等试验观察受试物的作用。结果次水杨酸铋可以对抗由番泻叶引起的腹泻，减少肠腔内水分的含量，减少肠内容积，但不影响肠蠕动。结论次水杨酸铋具有止泻作用，可防治多种病因引起的腹泻。AIM The antidiarrhea of bismuth subsalicylate (BSS) was studied by animal experiments. METHODS The diarrhea caused by folium sennae, the movements of carbon power in small intestine of mice, the activities of ileum of rabbits, the time of excretion of carbon power and the amount of water in the intestine of mice were adopted to observe the influence of BSS. RESULTS BSS can prevent the diarrhea caused by folium sennae and can decrease the amount of water in the intestine, so that the volume of small intestine decrease, but had no influence on activities of intestine. CONCLUSION BSS has the action of antidisrrhea, and can be used to prevent and cure diarrhea caused by many reasons.
