摘　　要：文明生态村建设是新农村建设的有效载体,是解决"三农"问题和全面推进农村经济社会健康发展的重要手段。在分析文明生态村建设内涵的基础上,阐述了文明生态村建设对农村社会经济发展的推动作用,指出了当前文明生态村建设过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。The construction of the civilization and eco-Village is an effective cartier of the new rural construction,and it is an important means of solving the ＂ Agriculture, rural areas and farmers＂ issue and pushing forward all-round and healthy development of the rural economy and society. Based on the analysis of the connotation of the construction of the civilization and eco-Village, the Article elaborated the promoting effect which the construction of the civilization and eco-Village was in view of the rural social and economic development, then pointed out the subject matter in the process of the construction, and the corresponding response.
