摘　　要：从计量经济学的灰色关联模型入手,结合江苏省的制造业与物流业的具体情况,根据统计年鉴与统计公报的数据,定量分析了1998-2007年江苏省制造业与物流业两系统之间的协调度变化,得出了江苏省的制造业与物流业的协调发展正处在协调与不协调的临界状态。This article begins with Gray System Model, combining with the specific circumstances of the Jiangsu logistics and manufacturing, quantitative analysis the coordinated index changes between manufacturing industry and logistics industry in Jiangsu Province in 1998-2007, according to the Statistical Yearbook and the Bulletin of Statistics data. It reaches a conclusion that coordinate level of Jiangsu＇s manufacturing and logistics is at the critical condition between coordination and non-coordination.
