摘　　要：根据企业技术创新过程测度,建立起我国汽车企业技术创新能力评价指标体系;利用群组层次分析法赋予指标权重,应用模糊综合评价方法对我国汽车企业技术创新能力进行评价,并实现汽车企业技术创新能力的排序,为企业进一步提高技术创新水平提供方向和依据。According to the enterprise＇s technologic innovation process,the evaluation index system of Chinese automobile enterprises＇s technologic innovation was constructed, and the weights of indexes were given through group analytic hierarchy process. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,Chinese automobile enterprises＇s technologic innovation ability were evaluated,which could rank all the evaluated enterprises effectively and supplied the direction and basis for the enterprises to raise their technologic innovation ability.
