摘  要:以金属凝固理论为基础,I-DEAS和CASTSoft_CAE软件为平台,建立排气管凝固过程的三维模型,对排气管凝固过程的温度场进行数值模拟,温度最大值出现在排气管接口处,最低温度出现在排气管底部;应用新山判据对铸件可能出现缩孔、缩松等铸造缺陷的位置进行预测,预测结果说明缺陷出现在排气管接口处。A 3D model in the solidification process of the exhaust has been built up with metal solidification theory and I-DEAS and CASTSoft_CAE software to simulate the temperature field of the solidification process of the exhaust, resulting in that the maximum of temperature occurred at the joints of the exhaust while the minimum at the buttom.The positions in which the casting defects such as shrinkage cavity and shrinkage porosity may be occurred have been forecast with Xin Shan criterion, and the result showed the defects occurred at the joints of the exhaust.
