摘　　要：目的:让人们更加认识和了解传统武术发展的悖论及悖论背后的文化选择,从而超越悖论,使传统武术走上更理性的发展道路;方法:运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,对"市场"武术与"文化"武术的悖论、民族武术与奥运武术的悖论等一系列悖论问题进行了研究与分析;结果:传统武术发展过程中悖论产生的根源,实质上是传统武术在新时代文化背景下进行文化选择时,不同文化主体对武术价值或效用的不同诉求;结论:关照现实、把握准时代脉搏,确立新时期传统武术的核心价值,是解决悖论的根本途径。Aim： To make a better a understanding about the paradox of the traditional Wushu development and the cultural choices, make the Wushu become more rational; Method： It used the documentary data method and logical analysis method. Result： The root which come from the the development of traditional Wushu paradox is the different demands in a new era of cuhural background; Conclusion： The fundamental way to solve the paradox is to establish the core values of traditional Wushu.
