摘 要:介绍了一种单相异步盘式电动机电子起动器。它采用晶闸管作为开关元件,实现了单相异步电动机起动过程中副绕组或起动电容的自动断开。既能保证起动过程中产生较大的起动转矩,又能使运行过程中达到较高的效率。由于使用电子开关取代了常规的机械式离心开关,系统的可靠性和耐久性都得到了很大的提高。为了减小起动过程中晶闸管的冲击电流及降低对电网的干扰,采用了过零触发技术来实现对晶闸管的控制。This paper presents a kind of electronic starter of single phase asynchronous disc motor. It can switch off the auxiliary winding or starting capacity automatically during the starting of the motor by using the SCR or TRIAC as the switch element, which ensures that the motor produces larger starting torque during starting and obtains higher efficiency during operation. The reliability and durabilitt of the system are improved greatly as a result of the replacement of mechanical centrifugal switch by electronic switch. The overzero trigger technique is used to fire the SCR or TRIAC in order to lower EMI emitted to power network and surge current in SCR or TRIAC during starting.
