摘  要:引进日本优质水稻品种125份,在四川雅安生态条件下种植,初步评价了其主要品质性状。结果表明,品种间直链淀粉含量差异较大,糊化温度和蛋白质含量品种间差异较小,蛋白质含量主要分布在<7%和7%~8%两范围内,胶稠度平均长91.17mm,食味品质在香气、味道和综合评价方面表现出黏性强、硬度较低等特性。筛选的J207、D43、J210、J223、J224等46个水稻材料符合国家《优质稻谷》3级以上品种资源标准。The main quality properties of 125 rice varieties were evaluated, which were introduced from Japan and planted in Ya'an county, Sichuan province. The results showed that amylose contents were extremely different amomg rice varieties. The changes of GT(average 6.15)and protein content were little amomg these varieties. Protein contents of the varieties were low, ranging from 7% to 8%. Consistency of japonica rice was 91.17mm.The fragrance and taste of cooked rice were good with strong sticky and low rigidity characteristics. 46 excellent varieties such as J207,D43,J210,J223,J224,which reached tertiary grade according to the country's standard of high quality rice, were chosen for future use in rice breeding.
