摘 要:采用常规方法研究了蒙顶山茶园土壤微生物区系组成和酶活性及其与土壤理化性质之间的关系。结果表明,三大类群微生物中以细菌最多,约占微生物总量的90%,真菌次之,放线菌最少;细菌数量与土壤全磷和速效钾含量呈显著正相关;放线菌和真菌数量与土壤各项理化性质相关性均不显著。土壤脲酶活性为0.165~0.248mgNH3-N·100g-1土(38℃,3h),土壤蛋白酶活性为6.332~10.665μgNH2-N·g-1土(30℃,24h);土壤脲酶活性与速效钾含量具有极显著负相关性,土壤蛋白酶活性与全磷、速效磷具有显著负相关性。This article measured the activities of microorganism and enzyme in tea garden soil on Mengding Mountain, and analyzed the correlations between the activities and soil physical & chemical properties by normal methods. The results indicated that the quantity of bacteria was about 90 percent of the total among three groups of microbes. The quantity of fungi was followed, and the quantity of actinomyees was the least. The quantity of bacteria was in significant correlation with the soil total phosphorus and available potassium. The quantity of actinomyces and fungi had not significant correlation with Soil physico-ehemieal properties. The soil unease activity was between 0.165-0.248 NH3-Nmg· 100g^-1 earth (38℃,3h). The soil proteinase activity was between 6.332-10.665 NH2-N μg·g^-1 earth(30℃,24h). The soil unease activity had extremely significant negative correlation with the available potassium, soil proteinase activity had significant negative correlation with total phosphorus and available phosphorus.
