摘 要:对30株分离自四川省凉山州的刺槐、紫穗槐、黄檀根瘤菌进行了耐酸碱、耐盐、耐高温或低温的抗逆性研究。结果表明,该区的刺槐、紫穗槐、黄檀根瘤菌具有很强的耐酸碱性,所有菌株都能耐受pH值5~12的环境,76.7%的菌株在pH值4~12的环境中仍有活力。耐盐性普遍较差,有86.7%的菌株不能在1%的NaCl平板上生长,13.3%的菌株能在4%的NaCl平板上生长,黄檀根瘤菌耐盐性一般强于刺槐和紫穗槐根瘤菌。对温度的适应范围较宽,对温度的耐受性上表现出较大的多样性,有17.6%的菌株在4~60℃均能生长,黄檀、紫穗槐根瘤菌耐60℃高温和4~10℃低温的能力均强于刺槐根瘤菌,供试根瘤菌对温度的抗性主要受宿主植物的影响,在一定程度上还受海拔高度和土壤类型的影响。筛选到抗逆性强的优良菌株是:黄檀根瘤菌Spar18、Spar19,紫穗槐根瘤菌Spar28、Spar29,刺槐根瘤菌Spar8。30 strains of rhizobia isolated from Robinia pseudoacacia,Amorpha fruitcosa L. and Dalbergia in Liangshan prefecture of Sichuan province were tested on their tolerance to NaCl, pH and temperature variation. The results indicated that all strains or 76.7% of strains could grow at a range of pH from 5-12 or 4-12. 86.7% of strains could not grow in 1% NaCl, only 13.3% of strains could grow in 4% NaCl, and the salt-tolerance ability of Dalbergia hupeana Hance rhizobia were generally stronger than that of Robinia pseudoacacia L. and Amorpha fruitcosa L. 17.6% of strains could grow in 4-60℃. The tolerance abilitiy of Dalbergia hupeana Hance and Amorphafruitcosa L rhizobia was generally stronger than that of Robinia pseudoacacia L rhizobia to both Low(4-10℃) and high(60℃) temperature. The tolerance to low or high temperature of the tested rhizobia was mainly influenced by host plant, and to a certain extent also by height above sea level and soil type. Altogether, the selected strains with the high ability of tolerance to acid, alkali,low and high temperature or salt were Dalbergia hupeana Hance rhizobia Spar18,Spar19 and Amorpha fruitcosa L. rhizobia Spar28,Spar29 and Robinia pseudoacacia L. rhizobia Spar8.
