火焰原子吸收光谱法测定吊瓜子中铅、镉、铜的含量

摘　　要：运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定吊瓜中的Pb、Cd、Cu3种元素。测得Pb、Cd、Cu3种元素的相对标准偏差分别为9.25%、9.50%、7.25%;3种元素的测试回收率在93.1%～106.9%之间,检出限分别为0.016mg·L-1、0.008mg·L-1、0.032mg·L-1。Pb, Cd and Cu in Trichosanthes kirilowii were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The RSD of Pb, Cd and Cu were 9.25%,9.50% and 7.25%,respectively. Their recovery ranged from 93.1% to 106.9%, and the detection limits of Pb,Cd and Cu were 0.016 mg·L^-1,0.008 mg·L^-1,0.023 mg·L^-1,respectively.
