摘  要:胜利油田盐家气田浅层气藏天然气含气面积3.3km2,地质储量3.18×108m3。前期生产情况表明,该区块开采具有以下难点:砂层富含粘土矿物,在淡水中极易膨胀、分散、运移,导致地层孔喉堵塞,使地层渗透率降低;部分停产气井粘土矿物含量高,堵塞严重,恢复产能难度大;储层岩石压实程度低,胶结疏松,易出砂,影响气井正常生产。通过对该地区浅层气藏的防砂技术研究、结合醇土酸酸化工艺对地层进行预处理改善气藏的流通能力,形成了盐家气藏防砂配套技术,为该地区浅层气藏开发提供了可靠的技术保障。With a gas-bearing area of 3.3 km2,the shallow gas reservoirs in Yanjia area of Shengli Oilfield possess 3.18×108m3 geological reserves.The early-stage production shows that recovery has some problems as below:(1) sands are rich in clay mineral,which is easy to expand,disperse and migrate in water,resulting in pore throat blocking and permeability decrease;(2) some shut-down gas wells contain a great volume of clay mineral,which brings about both serious blocking and barrier of productivity restoration;(3) reservoir rocks are of low-level compacted and loose cemented,moreover,produced sand takes place usually in the reservoirs,such factors can bring negative effects on the normal production.According to the research on sand control technology for shallow gas reservoirs in this area,integrating the formation pre-treatment by alcoholic and mud acidizing process to improve reservoir circulation,this paper presents a matching technology of sand control for Yanjia gasfield,which is reliable for the development of shallow gas reservoirs.
