摘  要:以杂交棉天杂2号和新杂3号为代表,常规棉中棉所35号为对照,研究了杂交棉花后光合产物积累和利用规律。结果表明:初花期杂交棉与常规棉群体的光合产物积累量差异不大,盛花后杂交棉根和茎光合产物积累量均高于常规棉,盛铃期生殖器官光合产物积累量和增加速度明显高于常规棉,盛铃以后叶积累量明显高于常规棉,叶所占比例的下降速度低于常规棉;后期杂交棉光合产物向生殖器官的转运速率高于常规棉且下降速度低于常规棉;杂交棉花后光合产物输出率和光合产物子棉利用率低于常规棉,铃壳利用率和纤维利用率高于常规棉。With hybrid cotton Tianza 2 and Xinza 3 as representation, and conventional cotton Zhongmian 35 as the control, this paper studied the laws of accumulation and utilization of hybrid cotton photosynthate after flowering. The results showed that the photosynthate accumulation of hybrid cotton and conventional cotton had little difference at initial flowering stage. Hybrid cotton had more photosynthate accumulation of both root and stem after full- bloom stage, and obviously more photosynthate accumulation and higher increasing speed of reproductive organs at full- boll stage, and more accumulation of leaf and lower decreasing speed of leaf ratio after full- boll stage.Hybrid cotton had higher export rate of photosynthate to reproductive organs and lower decreasing speed of export rate during anaphase, and had lower photosynthate export percentage and photosTnthate utilization ratio of seed cotton, but higher photosynthate utilization ratio of both boll shell and fiber.
