摘 要:试验研究了不同基质与不同浓度的生长调节剂对野生欧洲李新梢枝条扦插繁殖效果的影响。通过对插条生根率、平均根数、平均根长等指标进行测定分析,结果表明:插条在蛭石中的生根状况最好,清水处理生根率为50%,经生长调节剂处理生根率可达65.9%,死亡率最低,为10.4%。锯末中的插条清水和生长调节剂处理死亡率都较高,分别为30.0%、47.4%。在30组处理中,生根率达到60%以上的处理共有10组,生根率最高的是经NAA 300 mg/L处理扦插于河沙的组合。通过选用合适的基质和生长调节剂及其浓度进行扦插繁殖,生根率可达80%,是扩大野生欧洲李繁殖的有效途径之一。Effect of different vermiculite and growth regulator on wild European plum (Prunus domestica L. ) softwood cutting propagation was studied in the experiment. Indexes of rooting rate, average mot number, average root length ect. were investigated. The results show that cutting grew well in vermiculite. The rooting rate was 50% with the water treatment,and the rooting rote treated with growth regulator could reach 65.9% .The death rate was the lowest for 10.4%. The death rate in the sawdust was the maximal of the 30 groups, rooting rate of 10 groups reached 60% or more. The group treated with 300 mg/L NAA disposed over river sand had the maximal rooting rate. When cutting propagation was carried out with appropriate vermiculite and growth regulators, the rooting rate could reach 80% .The softwood cutting can be an effective way for wild European plum propagation.
