摘　　要：苯和草酰氯单乙酯在三氯化铝作用下发生傅克反应,在低温(0℃)条件下生成苯乙酮酸乙酯,而在高温(70℃)条件下首次得到了9,10-二甲基蒽,其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和单晶X-衍射仪表征。Benzene and ethyl chloroglyoxylate underwent Friedel -Crafts reaction in the presence of AlCl3 to give nomal product ethyl 2-oxo-2-phenylacetate at low temperature（0 ℃ ）. However, when the reaction was performed at high temperature（70 ℃ ）, an unusual product 9,10-dimethylanthraeene was obtained as the main product for the first time. The structure was confirmed by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.
