摘 要:本文以长期生活在较低盐度(12左右)河口潮间带地区的端足类日本大螯蜚所繁衍的幼体为材料,探索了盐度与幼体生存、生长和发育的相互关系。结果表明,该种钩虾的适宜盐度范围为5.30~30.80,最适盐度范围为10.13~14.78。在高盐度,经过短期过渡,钩虾成活率明显增高。在适宜盐度和其它条件下,在实验室可培养出成熟的雌雄个体。The juveniles of amphipod Grandidierella japonica were collected at Hekou estuary intertidal zone where the salinity of sea water was quite low(about 12)and the effect of salinity on the juvenilesgrowth was studied.The results showed that the range of salinity was 5.30~30.58 for this species and that of 10.13~14.78 was the best.The survival rate of was obviously increased at high salinity after shortterm transitional holding from low to high salinity sea water.The sexual mature amphipods might be cultured in laboratory under adaptive salinity and other conditions.
