丹红注射液对冠心病患者甲状腺激素水平的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察丹红注射液对冠心病患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。【方法】将60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和丹红组,每组30例。对照组给予阿司匹林、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)、他汀类、β-阻滞剂及硝酸酯类药物治疗,丹红组在上述治疗基础上加用丹红注射液20 mL静脉滴注,每天1次,20 d为1个疗程。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后甲状腺激素水平变化。【结果】对照组显效13例,有效9例,无效8例,总有效率为73.3%;丹红组显效19例,有效6例,无效5例,总有效率为83.3%;两组比较,丹红组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组冠心病心绞痛患者游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)水平降低,治疗后显著回升(与治疗前比较,P<0.01),丹红组回升更为明显(与对照组比较,P<0.05)。【结论】丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛有确切的临床疗效,并能升高患者甲状腺激素水平。Objective To observe the effect of Danhong Injection（DI）on the thyroid hormone level in patients with angina due to coronary heart disease（CHD）.Methods Sixty CHD angina patients were equally randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups received routine western medicine such as aspirin,angiotensin convert enzyme inhibitor（ACEI）,statins,beta-blockers and nitrate esters,and the treatment group was additionally given intravenous drip transfusion of DI 20 mL,qd.Twenty days constituted one treatment course.After treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated and the changes of serum thyroid hormone level were observed.Results In the control group,13 patients were markedly effective,9 effective,8 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 73.3%;in the treatment group,19 patients were markedly effective,6 effective,5 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.3%;the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Thyroid hormone（FT3）level in the serum of the two groups was lower than the normal value before treatment,and began to increase after treatment（P〈0.01 compared with that before treatment）,and the increase was obvious in the treatment group as compared with the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Danhong Injection has a certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of angina due to coronary heart disease,and can increase the serum level of the thyroid hormone.
