摘 要:以普通木麻黄(Casuarina equisetifoliaForst)抗青枯病无性系平20-4、P10-33、501、601、A13、503为材料,以生长量中等的无性系106为对照,开展速生木麻黄无性系筛选试验,筛选出2个速生无性系601和501,9.5年生时,其树高分别比对照提高24.43%和23.62%,胸径分别比对照提高32.24%和31.14%。以无性系P10-33嫩枝小段和12 cm长的末梢嫩枝进行水培育苗对比试验,结果表明2种方法均能培育出适于造林用的木麻黄苗木,前者培育的苗木数量是后者的10倍。Screening fast-growing clones of Casuarina equisetifolia with the material of the Pseudomonas solanacearum-resistant clones Ping 20-4, P10-33,501,601, A13,503 of C. equisetifolia forest was finished with the mid-increment control of clone 106.2 fast-growing clones 601 and 501 were selected. The tree heights were 24.43 % and 23.62 % higher than those of controls at the age of 9 and a half, dbh was 32.24 % and 31.14 % higher than those of controls, the water-cultured seedling compare experiment was conducted with clone P10-33 small burgeon section and 12cm-long burgeon at the end of shoot. The results showed that C. equisetifolia tree suitable for afforestation could be cultivated by 2 methods, the number of tree cultivated by the former method was 10 times of that of tree cultivated by the latter method.
