摘 要:资源短缺、环境污染和全球化的市场竞争是政府与企业共同面临的紧迫难题.再制造通过修复耗损或退役零部件的尺寸与形状、恢复和提升废旧产品的性能,是实现报废机电产品重新利用的系统性活动,也是破解上述难题的有效方式.从政策法规、环境保护、可持续发展和企业竞争力提升等角度,分析再制造产生的背景和发展动态.以汽车再制造为例,从供应链网络设计、生产计划与调度、库存管理、成本控制以及再制造工艺等方面,评述再制造中存在的工业工程问题,分析再制造系统优化和性能改善的可行途径.Environment pollution, scarcity of resource and globally drastic market competition are the primary challenges that the governments and enterprises are facing with. Remanufacturing is a kind of systematic activity, by way of restoring and renovating the dimension,shape and performance of the worn-out elements or parts, the discarded and retired electromechanical products can be reuesd. It's an efficient way to solve the above problems. From the viewpoints of policy and legislation, environment protection, sustainable development and competitive power for enterprises, the background and state-of-the-art of remanufacturing are analyzed. Selecting automobiles as the main objects, the research topics for industrial engineering in remanufacturing are discussed, which include supply chain network design, production planning and scheduling, inventory management, cost control and manufacturing process, the feasible ways for achieving the system optimization and performance improvement are analyzed
