摘  要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法别定盐酸麻黄碱滴鼻液主药含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Shim—pack VP-ODS C18,流动相为水(含0.1%三乙胺.甲酸调pH值至2.5)甲醇(90:10),检测波长为200nm,流速为1.0mL·min^-1.柱温为30℃.进样量为20μL。结果盐酸麻黄碱检测浓度的线性范围为1.026~12.825μg·mL^-1(r=0.9999):最低检出限为513ng·mL^-1;平均回收率为98.88%.RSD=1.33%。结论本法简便、快速.结果准确、可靠,可用于该制剂的质量控制.Objective To determine the content of main compinents in ephedrine hydrochloride by RP HPLC. Methods The chromatographic separation was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column with column temperature at 30℃. The mobile phase consisted of water (0. 1 % triethylamine, pH adjusted to 2.5 with formic acid) -methanol (90 : 10) at 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 200 nm and the sample size was 20 μL. Results The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 1. 026 - 12. 825μg· mL^-1 (r = 0. 999 9). The lowest detection limit was 513 ng · mL^-1. The average recovery was 98.88% (RSD = 1.33%). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and suitable for the quality control of ephedrine hydrochloride.
