摘 要:目的:探讨骨损伤的磁共振成像表现及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析53例骨损伤后X线平片和磁共振成像资料。结果:53例伤者中,X线平片发现17处骨折;磁共振成像显示21处骨折,49处骨挫伤,伴有半月板损伤28处、韧带损伤31处、脊髓损伤2处。结论:磁共振成像能准确显示骨损伤的各种病理变化,是理想的骨损伤检查手段。Objective: To investigate nuclear magnetic(MR) imagine features and diagnosis value on bone injury. Methods: MR imagine and radiography in 53 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Seventeen places of bone fracture in 53 cases were observed on radiography. At the same time, 21 places of bone fracture and 49 places of bone contusion in 53 cases were observed on MR imagine, accompanied with 28 places of meniscal injury, 31 places of ligament injury and 2 places of spinal cord injury. Conclusion: MR Imagine can reveal accurately all pathologic changes of bone injury, it is an ideal technique in the diagnosis of bone injury.
