摘　　要：目的探讨血液细胞分析仪白细胞分析的影响因素,排除假性增高和假性降低,为临床提供可靠的诊治依据。方法使用迈瑞BC-3000plus血液细胞分析仪及目视显微镜,同时对300例标本进行对比检查,综合分析各种影响因素。结果操作不顺利、标本采取后放置时间、温度及上机前标本混匀、振荡时间、力度、疾病、药物、电压、磁场、声波、堵孔等均可影响血液细胞分析仪正确分析白细胞。结论血细胞分析仪并不能完全代替目视显微镜进行白细胞分析,应按照全自动血液分析仪的复检规则[1],进行涂片镜检或重测标本。Objective To discuss the factors whish effect the blood cells analyer to measure the count and classification of leukcyte and remove the situation of the pseudo increasing and decreasing and provide the clinical doctors with the reliable indentification of diagnosis and treatment accurately.Methods 300 blood specimens were examinecl with the Shen zhen Mindray BC-3000 Plus blood cell analyer and the visual microscope in one time,the factors which effect measunment were analysed.Results Being unsmooth on operation,setting aside the specimens for a long time after collecting,the temeprature and the mixture of specimens,the duration and power of oscillation,the disease and the medication,the voltage and magnetic field,the sound wave and the aperture by block up and so on are all effect the accurate to count and differential count in the blood cells analyer.Conclusions The blood cells analyer cannot compeletely replace the visual microscope to examine the count and classification of leakcyte.According to review criteria for hematology analyzer,and classification should be in the visual microscope or blood specimen.should be redetermination.
