摘  要:采用高温固相法合成Ba2MgS i2O7:Eu2+绿色荧光粉,研究其发光性能.通过XRD测试样品的晶相结构,荧光分光光度计测试样品的激发和发射光谱,研究激活剂Eu2+的物质的量对荧光粉发光强度的影响。XRD结果表明,所合成的样品硅酸镁钡即Ba2MgS i2O7晶体结构.光谱分析结果表明,当Eu2+的物质的量为0.1 mol时,Ba2MgS i2O7:Eu2+样品的发光强度最高.In this paper, Ba2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+ green phosphor was synthesized by the high-temperature solid state method, and then its luminescent properties were investigated. The crystalline structures of the samples were tested through XRD. The excitation and emission spectra of the sample were also tested through a Fluorescence spectrophotometer. Concentration of activation Eu^2+ was studied on the impact of phosphor luminescent intensity. The results of XRD showed that the samples are a BaEMgSiaO7 crystal structure. And the results of spectroscopic analysis showed that when the mole concentration of Eu^2+ is 0. 1 mol the luminescent intensity of Ba2MgSi2O7:Eu^2+ is the most efficient.
