摘 要:建立大型平板硫化机有限元传热模型,运用ANSYS分析软件计算钢丝帘线胶带和热板瞬态温度场.根据硫化效应理论,应用MATLAB软件进行胶带中心层的硫化效应计算和分析.结果表明:胶带中心层的中间部位硫化效应大,两端部位硫化效应小,呈抛物线型.通过胶带硫化效应计算可确定热板温度场分布情况,对于预防胶带的过硫和欠硫具有重要的现实意义.A finite element for a thermal-conducting model of a platen press has been established. The transient temperature fields of a steel-cord-belt and a hot plate were calculated based on ANSYS. According to the Vulcanization Effect Theory, the effect of vulcanizing the middle layer of the belt was calculated and analyzed by using MATLAB, The results showed that vulcanization of the middle layer belt in the center was high and the others were low demonstrating was a parabolic type of curve. The calculation of vulcanization on the belt found a distribution of the hot plate temperatures. It has great practical significance to providing (protection) against undercure and overcure.
