摘　　要：使用水压机对焊管进行压力试验的有效性,关键在于水压机密封装置技术的先进程度.通过对不同类型水压机密封装置的对比,设计出性能更优的密封装置——聚氨酯端面密封装置.该装置采用新型优质密封圈以及新型端面密封结构,提高了设备的密封性和可靠性.The key to pressure testing the validity/integrity of a welded pipe using a hydraulic press lies in the packing and assembly. This article evaluates the different types of hydraulic press packing assemblies to improve the performance and to design and calculate a more superior polyurethane end surface packing assembly. This equipment uses the new high quality seal packing collar as well as the new end surface seal structure to enhance its leak-proof quality and increase the reliability.
