摘　　要：回顾性分析30例社区老年人Holter监测心脏性疾病的临床资料,探讨老年人间歇性出现心前区不适,胸闷、憋气等临床表现的病因和治疗方法。结果发现,Holter监测对社区老年人心脏性疾病的观察改变了以往诊治的局限或失误。Objective The clinic documents of 30 seniors with heart disease in community, under the treatment of Hoher monitoring device, were analyzed. Discuss the cause and treatment of seniors with the clinic symptoms of temporary breath shortage, heart- discomfort and so on. Conclusion： with the help of Hoher monitoring device, the observation to seniors in community improves the limitations and mistakes in treatment.
