摘　　要：根据朝天马自然保护区生态旅游的现状,运用SWOT分析方法,对保护区旅游资源开发的优势、劣势及面临的机遇和威胁进行了分析.提出了加大资金投入;拓宽客源市场;强化促销,增加知名度;借鉴它山经验促进科学发展;树立整体观念,增进互利互惠;推行区域合作,实现共赢发展等发展战略.The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats （SWOT） of tourism resource development of Chaotianma Nature Reserve have been analyzed with the method of SWOT based on present conditions of the ecotourism in the reserve. And developmental strategies including enlarging fund input, extending guests＇market, promoting scientific development, borrowing others＇experiences, mutual benefiting, regional cooperation to realize common wins and etc.
