锁定钢板治疗成人锁骨中远端骨折的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗锁骨中远端骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性研究2006年6月至2008年4月,应用锁定钢板治疗56例锁骨中远端骨折的患者资料,观察术后患者的肩关节功能恢复以及骨折愈合情况,判断其疗效。结果56例患者中48例完成随访,术后随访4～18个月,平均随访时间10.4个月。术中、术后无并发症发生,所有骨折均Ⅰ期愈合,肩关节功能恢复参照UCLA肩关节评分系统,优37例,良10例,差1例。优良率达97.9%。结论用锁定钢板治疗锁骨中远端骨折,固定稳定,有利于早期进行肩关节功能锻炼,是治疗锁骨中远端骨折的有效方法。Objective To investigate clinical value of Clavicle Locking Compression plate in treatment of Adult Median and Distal Clavicle Fractures. Methods The 56 cases of clavicular fractures were treated with clavicle locking compression plate between June 2006 to April 2008 and the effect of the treatment was to be explored.Results Results of this group the 48 patients who had inadequate follow-up were excluded from the study.The mean follow-up there was 14.5（4-22）month.All fracture had within 2 to 10 months.Commusion Clavicle Locking compression plate is an effective way of treating Clavicular fractures.It helps the patients to practice their shoulder joints early.
