摘　　要：针对我国工程造价咨询业发展刚刚起步,其管理体制还不完善的现状,通过详细介绍英国和美国的工程造价咨询业管理模式,分析得出了国际先进的管理经验及其对我国的借鉴意义,为我国工程造价咨询业的管理提出了发展完善的建议。Aiming at the actuality that the development of the construction cost consultation industry just starting in our country, the system of its management is not improvement. Based on the introduced of the construction cost consultation industry of England and America in detail, obtained the foreign advanced management experience and the reference significance for our from analysis, puts forward some suggestions of development and perfection for our construction cost consultation industry.
