企业物流运作模式的选择——以山东道恩集团为例

摘　　要：本文阐释了山东道恩集团的经营背景,分析了企业物流的运作模式,论述了道恩集团企业物流运作模式的战略选择。指出资产专用性非常高的化工物流应采用自营;对于普通化工货物的物流服务可以从市场上采购;对于资产的专用性较高的化工产品的物流运作,可以采用资产租赁与物流外包相结合的模式;对于需要中等程度的专用性物流设施运作物流的化工产品,采用长期的物流外包乃是最好选择。This paper expounds the background of Dao En group of Shandong, analyzes the operation modes of enterprise logistics. At last, the strategic choice of Dao En logistics is explained. It is pointed that the operation of logistics in house may be selected to the chemical goods with the most specific assets and market purchasing will be chosen to general chemistry logistics. However, the combination of leasing assets and logistics outsourcing would be possible to chemical goods with more specific assets and long-term logistics outsourcing will be better to chemical goods with medium specific assets.
