摘　　要：农村医疗问题是当前国家高度重视的热点问题,而农村医疗效率的高低取决于医疗服务供应链的效率。基于对江西省W镇的实地调研,对作为下游供应链主体的W镇医院医疗供应链系统存在的问题进行分析,提出了系列优化农村医疗供应链的相应政策措施。Goverument attached great importance to the rural healthcare problem, and the efficiency of rural healthcare services depends on the efficiency of the healthcare supply chain. Based on the research of W town in Jiangxi Province, we have analyzed the problem in supply chain system, and put forward a series of corresponding measures to optimize rural healthcare supply chain.
